VPEC-T Concepts & Ontology Wormholes
From ScribbleWiki: VPEC-T
The interesting thing re Ontolgoy Wormholes is the idea underlying them, namely that of furthering understand between individuals or groups through exposing of shibboleths and finding common meaning. In some sense providing a translation mechanism between the jargon of the stakeholders (players) in the Zachman framework. And as Zachman has observed his taxonomy (framework) can be used, as can the VPEC-T, in analysis of any system. Therefore VPEC-T provides not so much a mechanism for sharing Ontologies, which it does too, but a mechanism for sharing meaning. And meaning is expressed through formal or informal, language, taxonomy, ontology, etc, with the focus on the five dimensions. A significant part of the Content will therefore be subject maps (merged 'ontologies') of the respective groups shibboleths in defining and agree meaning for the five dimensions in respect of the relevant issue at hand, i.e. the system - business information or otherwise - being analysed.
Therefore not so much Ontology Wormholes as Shibboleth Compelixity Meaning Simplification Wormholes, or better VPEC-T wormholes. What are VPEC-T wormholes? A communication mechanism to find common understanding and meaning between groups with different viewpoints on the landscape of a shared endeavour.

VPEC-T used by machine/computational agent or person to tunnel (find wormholes) between a set of AMMM’s their memes and associated ontologies. In this case the wormhole tunnelling Event would be based on finding common meaning to build Trust though common understanding of Content (memes and ontologies) and Values (memes and meaning) through VPEC-T aided communication (arbitration, mediation) to build Policy framework through common understanding.
